Outline

Continuously filled beverage containers are inspected to detect defects on the production line.
A wide range of liquid levels can be inspected, from the top of the cap to below the neck ring, and the inspection conditions can be easily changed by touch screen.

The fluid level in each container is obtained by averaging a number of measurements, ensuring a reliable result even in the presence of vibration or other interference.

The filled amount of each valve can be monitored via the filler output signal.
